How to use my skins

The champ select is different than it used to be and I never remember to change my skin. It used to let you slide through all the skins and select which one you want right when you lock in your champion. Now I have no idea.

Is there a way to set your skin outside of the pregame lobby? Keep playing certain champs to see my new skins and idk how to set them. If it's right after everybody else picks in draft mode, that's stupid... because by that time I'm getting a drink/taking a bathroom break/whatever else I decide to do after I'm all locked in and I'm not thinking about skins at that point.

There's a little ^ button above your summoner spells that brings up all of your skins after you lock in your champion.

After you lock in your champion it brings up the skin selection by default. You look at the bottom for the splash art of the skin you want and you click on it. It will default to that skin the next time you play that champion.
