seems pretty useful to have on pbe and live, for pbe u can buy the champ for skins and for live you can use it for someone who you feel like playing in the moment or someone you couldnt buy bc of Q being too fast, idk, seems useful

Obviously it would be for pock trades mostly. Second, people can do that anyways before entering champ select and you wouldn't know it so it really makes no difference there.

the reason is that we're expected to know the champs we play at least on a basic level, maybe do a practice mode or something but at least look on the wiki
