If you get banned from ranked queues you can only play unranked draft.

So everyone banned from ranked is unranked draft.

Unranked draft = prisoners island

Riot says that the majority of people in draft aren't toxic- what creates a prisoner's island is all of the prisoners being isolated together. Most people in normals draft aren't toxic (we're talking 80% or so), so players don't get that "fuck this game and everyone in it" feeling any more than anyone else.

I have found quite the opposite, people in unranked draft seem way more toxic

Funny thing is, I play unranked draft to get away from the toxicity in ranked. And to practice counter picks and stuff.

I don't think that's exactly how it works. Your not forced to play unranked draft, just to play the game. You only need to do so before you can play ranked again.

It's not like it's preventing you from playing team builder.

Yeah, it does. You have to win 15+ games of unranked draft specifically. It's pretty brutal.
