So, recently I picked up talon, top lane, and I was wondering, how can I carry on him, some games, even if I kill the adc before a team fight really starts, my team might die of someone else, no matter who I target, so I'm asking: How can I carry besides straight up Assassinations?
Also, I'm in bronze, and am trying to get higher on the ladder, so any other suggestions would be welcome.
Whenever I get stuck on feeling like I'm having lower impact on my games than I should be, I search out for people who're more successful. I've seen fwii's top Talon smoke a number of games including my own so hunted to see if he had any guides. He actually has quite a few out there! Haven't done a full read through but I saw some insightful nuggets in this guide HERE (lolking site).
Carrying often isn't solely about what you can do in late game team fights, but how you get your teammates ahead leading up to that point. Good luck. :)
Don't play Talon top lane.
Thats your problem.
Yeah, ya not gonna carry as Talon if the rest of your team isn't fed by you.
If ya gonna pick Talon make sure you have either a powerful early pusher or a good late game carry.
the early pusher, like Ziggs will help free up space for you to roam and rotate
You tend to fall off late game especially in Bronze because games are like 30 - 50 minutes, and that's what the carry is for.
so like Sotere said, feed your carry by ganking bot, apply pressure to mid lane so the mid laner has an easier time.
