Loading screen ideas

It would be nice if you could select/change your masteries and summoner spells during the loading screen.

These things are very easy to forget to change, and the (sometimes) long wait for the game load could be used for this useful thing.

It would also be great if team chat was available as in the previous screen, so strategies can be further discussed instead of losing gameplay time to chat.
