What is the counterplay against stealth?

Stealth champions tends to have high mobility, have more than 1 dashes, have initiative, tons of damage. And I cannot simply find their weakness.

1. You can only put 1 vision ward, and it can be removed so easily.
2. Lens does nothing except map control.
3. Targeting hard cc cannot be used on them unless they are out of the stealth. And riot tends to remove them.
4. Non-targeting hard cc is just difficult to hit them when they are stealth, have dashes, move fast. If you can hit them, it's just cause you have better skill, not about countermeasure.

What is the specific countermeasure against stealth? Riot is adding too much stealth champions recently...
