When is viktor nerf
Viktor 0/2 doing 1k dmg right after he gets a sheen is bug. Or riot's balance team does not exist. Why wasn't he nerfed this patch? And how the fuck do you deal with this shit?

I hardly think Sheen is the issue here, considering Viktor has only 52 (+3 per Lv) base AD.

Cause they said they waiting for pre-season full change to see what it will do to him before doing anything ,welcome to balance team.
Nothing statistically changed between when he was weak and when he was strong.
And he wasn't nerfed because the strat was too new to really respond to.
I completely aggree that ne needs a nerf, I faced him as riven and Went 2/0 against him, but all of a sudden he started to outdamage me, even if i had bought both hexdrinker AND Mercurys treads. He didn't even have boots, yet he had more mov speed Than me due to constantly using his upgraded Q which is a joke, really. At level 6 it's on a 3 sec cooldown. Makes viktor deal over 200 dmg to me, (even though i had both maw of malmortious and MR boots) get's a shield that Shields him for about 150 dmg AND giving him like 40 or so mov speed. Due to having low cd and high ap scaling, he could constantly abuse not having boots at all, yet having more mov speed than me with upgraded boots. Clearly a basic ability on a 3 sec cooldown that does all of this is too broken isn't it? I mean, if i have the lead as Riven AND have both maw and MR boots, he should not be able to outdamage me. Riot should consider a nerf for this ASAP, or else this could be abused so hard. Viktor doesn't even need to build ap, He can just go for iceborn guantlet and be tanky at the same time he deals a ton of damage.
