i see it and i'm very interested in practicing it as i don't play a lot of top laners but enjoy fizz. So this is what i know:

item 2041 -->item 1028 item 1036 -->item 3057 -->item 3078 -->item 1001 -->item 3110 -->...

triforce with cooldown reduction and tank items. blade of the ruined king after triforce if you get ahead in lane and think you'll continue to split push for awhile.
