Whatever happened to Grounded?

We literally got it on two champions, and then never saw it again. I mean, if the EARTH MAGE can't have grounded, who can? Can we start spreading it around to some of the champion that are too shit on by mobility to enjoy the game?

The most obvious champion, but I think he got overlooked because Defile(E) is the most obvious ability to put it on and that would clearly be overpowered. Still, Wall of Pain(W) is a good place to put it, or some kind of interaction, like Defile Grounding people that have recently been hit by Q. He doesn't need damage buffs (Especially not base damage buffs... Please don't break my Tank Karthus), his damage is still top tier. He just feels incredibly awful to play when everything else gets to do everything so freely with no real downside and nothing missing from their kit.

In the same boat as Karthus. Literally exact same story, to the letter. Again, E is too simple an ability to just ground everything in such a large area, but maybe the same "Ground people hit by Q" idea. Again, Great champion, needs buffs, but damage is fine. He just needs to feel like he has actually some kind of option to fight back against mobility outranging his w and killing him in one rotation. Without ult. Little to no opportunity to even play the fucking game, unless the entire team is utterly devoted to him as the only damage source. And no one likes that.

don't repeat the Malzahar rework. Just add grounding.

Revert the Rework. If you thought he had enough room in his power budget for a God Damn Spell Shield, Then he damn well had enough room in his Budget to experiment with grounding instead.

Would give the brush some purpose.

Would make a little more sense, and be a little more fair then the slow on Starfall. Maybe halve the slow and give it a short Ground.

Maybe I'm Drunk, But Draven's Axes should randomly apply 1 of any status effect in the game.
