Riot, a multi-billion dollar company, somehow makes kogmaw

Kogmaw this patch is just ridiculous. Does Riot even use the PBE??? I mean he is just ridiculous at this point- is the Riot balance team on crack or something? There is no counterplay, there is just no play at all if a kogmaw with 2 items gets to you. Come on Riot- you want this to be a serious game and yet you make this- plus he is free to play this week of course. Seems like Riot is just trolling us.

Edit: yes I know he is a squishy, immobile champ- but so are like 20 other champs. His attack speed and on hit effects with his itemization are just too strong right now. Play a game now against a kogmaw and fight him- I dare you.

2nd Edit: He also does build steraks (which I think is op right now) so is not even that squishy

3rd Edit: I don't know why I have negative 2 votes- A champion being squishy isn't counterplay- if you try to kill kogmaw, he will gun you down super easily. Plus, with the the unbalanced items this season, kogmaw is practically a bruiser. He builds steraks , and can build defensive items as well. He is clearly not balanced, and if you think he is, than you are either a salty kogmaw player, or someone who has never played against him this patch.
