Riot, This May Be A Wierd, But Working Idea For Nerfing Shields..

Make grievous wounds affect cast shields (on click shields that can affect allies) or just shields in general (maybe stop the damage reduction they give, reduce their effectiveness by 30% or something like that

I also saw this on another post: Make it so that when janna, lulu, or soraka cast a shield/heal others, it puts them in combat if the person they are shielding is in combat as well, since its not fun having a Janna run around at the speed of sound shielding everoyne without punishment for engaging in a teamfight

I feel like this could honestly help out the game :D and could make ADC's killable again!
