darius builds 2-3 damage items and 3 armor items. yasuo does not stand a chance in a 1v1 really. you can get titanic on darius. insta proc 3 stacks with 2 consecutive aa cancels. a cpl autos. ane yasuo will imediately get outtraded and won't be able to sustain from full black cleaver stacks and bleed with darius passive up online.. however its much easier for yasuo to team fight or deal with darius in team fights too because he can cc darius a little bit and hes better at following up
Depends on the build. A full damage yasuo can't do much vs. a semi tank.
it really depends, a darius main knows how to take advantage of his natural strength against yasuo but a solid yasuo player knows how to try and even it out
ok so darius has a heal on his Q which is aoe and on the outer edge it does more damage he has his passive of bleed giving him free bonus damage he has an auto attack reset and a slow effect with his W he also has a grab that is aoe which also gives him free arm pen his ult does true damge
in the lane 1 vs 1 top darius is a counter to yasou as yasou dashes around darius can q and hit him he can use his q w e q combo to shred through yasou any time yasou gets close he has to worry about darius chunking him and yasou shield and windwall dont block true damge
you see it time and time again that melee champs vs a darius trading lose trades 8 out of 10 times yasou isnt gonna be able to stack enough hp and armor to survive darius damage and still be able to out trade darius can easily build and stack armor items and cdr and hp to completely reduce yasou damage
Assuming traditional critsuo, Darius should win most of the time even as the game goes on.
If it's this new BSuo we've been seeing who builds 
while running fervor of battle he'll outscale darius.
This is all assuming that the bug that has been breaking yasuo recently is fixed.
Once the BSuo build nerf goes through pbe and he's forced to go crit unless his ult is useless, Darius will probably return to being one of yasuo's hardest counters.
The only window yasuo really has is pre level 3 cheesing with dash and Q when darius doesn't have apprehend.
