Is it just me or have people gotten way worse?

I've been trying to top lately, just to learn and feel other lanes at Plat 3, but everybody is so bad. I'll have games I stomp as jungle, and win and carry and get every single objective and deny the enemy jungler all of their camps. Then I'll have other games where one of my laners dies at 3 minutes, dies another at 3:30, dies another at 4, 430, 5, 530, 6, etc.

It feels like the games are so polar, you either get OK teams and you can carry them easily, or you get just dogshit braindead 0/10 players. What's up with this? (I'm excluding the games where I don't do so hot, but don't feed my ass off, or every 1/12-13 games)

It's extremely hard to climb in this elo unless duoing, where I can just sit and camp 1 person and know 100% they're competent. It's sad, really...Anyone else experiencing this?
