As lacks a attack speed steroid until she gets her ultimate, I felt like she could use it on her W instead of her ultimate. is also known to have mana issues and since is no longer viable on her, she could use some of her mana costs decreased or mana refund via her W.

ima step in quick, that passive would be SUPER broken and almost impossible to lane against with her w, and those aa speed buffs would be way over that top on her w, her ult with it is fine as is rn. she gets a good aa speed boost when her w is active from ult, if you wanna fix sivir a bit better i like the passive idea just not the numbers, 10 mana per minion would be better suited for her and she could use a boost up to 525 range instead of 500

Are you high? Essence reaver still gives you cdr and it interacts with her better then say on luc. Wtf you mean no longer viable.

Sivir is fine with current ER. :/ She doesn't need changes to her kit to give her more mana regen. She also doesn't have an AS steroid because her W is an AA reset and good Sivir's wreck fucking face with it, even before her ult.

The main ADC that got screwed over with the ER changes is Xayah. Old ER was so much better for Xayah who doesn't really use her ult to initiate.
