BUGS everywhere

I just watched couple of game-play videos and I found that there is enormous number of bugs in every video. Missed hooks that somehow hook the target, texture fails and much more. It can look to be funny but in reality is serious problem which can affect actual game. Just imagine people who are interested in this game and want to start playing. what they to is: they have a look on couple on game-play videos and what they find is bunch of bugs. So please RIOT stop investing all your money into new skins, reworks and new game-modes when your basics do not work properly. So, I kindly ask you to do something that actually matters...
