Powder Keg (E) armor ignore reduced to 45% from 60%
From 60% to 45% is too much in my opinion. I'm not asking for a revert of the nerf, but how about we meet in the middle?
50% armor ignore sounds better in my ears. Give it a try, Riot!

It's the Last Whisper that makes his barrels OP. Barrel arpen: 60% LW arpen: 35% Mastery arpen: 6%
Barrels actually do ignore armor and basically do true damage (not exaggerating).
45% armor pen is still really good
I don't think GP needed nerfs but it's not the end of the world
