Golden Lunar Revel Tokens
Say I were to spend my Golden Lunar Revel Token on Lunar Wraith Caitlyn (Golden) Chroma and Golden Caitlyn Icon. I don't own Caitlyn. What would I get?

"Golden Chromas require the corresponding base skin to use and each one costs one Golden Revel Token. Golden Chromas can be crafted for Lunar Wraith Caitlyn, Guqin Sona, Dragonwing Corki, Warring Kingdoms Katarina, Warring Kingdoms Garen, and Dragonblade Riven. If you forge the Golden Chroma when you do NOT have the corresponding skin, you will obtain the icon and chroma, but the chroma will not be usable until you’ve got the skin."
You must have the base skin, so I assume that you will unlock the chroma, however you will not be able to use it until you purchase Caitlyn and her Lunar Wraith Skin.
