The only champ that ever had a win rate that high was
with the reworked triforce.
You can talk about it in champ select instead of taking action against someone against their will.
"against their will"? That's a bit hyperbolic. You could always say "Well, why should someone play a champion of their choosing against my will?!" "Why can they take a jg route against my will? Gank against my will? Feed against my will? Not peel for me against my will? Take a cs against my will? Take a kill against my will?"
The message was that if you're last pick, and it's a controversial champion. I would not be surprised to have it banned against me. Displaying a champion is not the same thing as locking it in. I've seen TOO MANY people show a champion... then not select it. I try not to ban people's champions. However, I do not feel bad about banning a champion against someone if it's someone I'd lane against and they'd likely not get it anyway.
