Melees Deserve Higher AP Ratios on Nashor's

Nashor's is mostly bought by rangeds like Teemo, Lux, Kayle, Ori, Kog, Bard, Lulu etc. and tends to be far more effective on them comparatively because they don't get kited as much and can even use it as poke. Thus, melee champions like Diana, Ekko, Cho, weird Kassadins, AP Jax or whoever should get a bit more. Maybe 5% more AP scaling.

Although, this item would be more attractive on melees if instead of so much AS, it had even a Ruby Crystal worth of HP. Rangeds care less about that.
