So I just played a game where a Mordekaiser used ult on a Jhin right before he used his 4th bullet, creating a jhin ghost that only shot 4th shot crits. He wiped our entire team as he was constantly spewing % missing health damage crits every shot and doesn't have to reload.
Theres a lot of strange mordekaiser R interactions. For some time when you had a lucian ghost anytime you used a spell the ghost procc'd his lightslinger passive. Anivia ghost EGG/aatrox similarly not zac/sion though If I recall? If garen died while spinning the ghost will be too. You can proc fiora's passive with her ghost although the vital marks are invisible.. Darius can get his 5 stacks on passive as a ghost and still does physical damage so its a mixed damage ghost.
Mostly all champion passive's work for the ghost but in buggy ways.
