riot really should balance grevious wounds cause it completly elimiate champs like swain out of the game.
for example a fix would be.... grewious wounds triggers on pisycal dmg and last 4 sec.. but has a 10 sec cooldown ...
what do you think?
edit: im not swain main but i think about people dat main champs with main ability excessive heal ults...

Rito Staff1 votesI think that they should add an AP counter for Grievous Wounds, something not too good, so reducing Grievous Wounds would come at a cost.
Could reduce Grievous Wounds debuff by 10%, and if you activated it it would triple it (reducing GW by 30%) but the activable coming at a cost or so.
Anyways, might not be needed at all. Did you see the other Last Whisper build path? You'll be lacking a lot of anti-tank damage if you go for the Grievous Wounds one.
BattleOxe1 votesWell, only drawback if you go for GW compared to live version is loss of 35% total armor pen, and you gain 40% bonus armor pen. So, tanks will have like 20-40 more armor than they have now. So, is it worth it? I think yes... but we'll see

Both give 40% bonus armor pen and same AD
One gives Grievous Wounds, while the other increases your damage by 15% to targets who have + Max HP then you PLUS 1.5% more damage each 50 HP difference to a max of 500.
Meaning the anti-tank can deal up to 30% increased damage! That sounds like a lot.
BattleOxe1 votesWell, I think that most ADCs melt tanks too fast late game ATM. My point was that they will still melt tanks fast, even after arpen nerfs. But I see what you're saying. RIP tanks... It's kinda funny that there was moment when tanks were OP, and they got tons of nerfs one after another, and RIOT isn't over yet...

Old Man Teeto1 votesWe had a red post less than a month ago about how Grievous wounds was a good game mechanic if it allowed both sides windows for interaction with it.
Ignite/Morello's each give windows, either in CD or duration/requirement (40% or below and from an AP user).
Mundo/Swain/Vlad just got shafted insanely hard this season.

There's also healing enhancing masteries introduced. The Runic armor from the resolve tree increases self heals/shield by 8%. Windspeaker's blessing is also a nice buff to healers.
