it feels bad playing rumble without old runes and riot has done nothing to bring back jungle rumble. so now he is 100% trash in jungle and top. why pick rumble top when janna is a better choice

I'm under a new account due to boredom(never been toxic actually or banned) but I had been diamond on Rumble for at least 2-3 seasons and as Rumble's power had declined, I'm having a hard time getting to even high plat now.
Even when I'm fed I feel no power from him against the likes of marksmen and assassins. As a mage, I can understand being weak against assassins, even with how crazy duskblade and lethality as whole are but marksmen? Too long has this class been oppressive towards everyone and anyone as well as Rumble starting to show age in today's modern metas of champions with kits that cover every nook and cranny of versatility in various situations. The time is now that his heat mechanic and abilities need a revamp of a sort.
Sadly Rumble threads are for some reason always downvoted by everyone or some particular individuals who don't actually play him in high elos(or at all).
