Remake system

Ok so i was just in a game and i was playing malphite and we had a yasuo that was AFK till 2:45 and he was walking to lane by 2:50 when at that time i got first blood then it hit 3:00 and one of the players did /Remake and 2 people voted yes and 3 voted no then the game proceeded to say that we accepted it and then it ended, why did it do that we voted majority no, and we had gotten first blood and had all 5 players.
