i wish to know why i got perma ban i am not a toxic player and i didnt play for 3 days thenn i tried to log back in and boom i get hit with a permanent suspention, and i didnt do anything, i have a friend that is extremely toxic an he only got 2 weeks, then im not even toxic and boom perma. can you please explain why.

Deep Terror Nami2 votesOk, please don't submit multiple tickets, that slows down the process not makes it faster. It can take a few days for them to get to your ticket, and for account recovery it can take longer still. Bumping your tickets will only push it to the back of the queue as well, so please be patient.

Its not busted. There are millions of players, it can take days, maybe weeks to get response.
Ladayen1 votesit will take a week tops, it hasn't gone above that in a very long time, unless of course you keep updating the ticket because your impatient which only makes it go to tthe back of the queue.
