Some suggestions for balancing Teemo.

At the moment, I think that is more fun to play as than to play against. This is not how any Champion should be in League of Legends. As such, here are a few suggestions to help alleviate some of the animosity that that League community has towards .

First, change Teemo's Q to a skill shot. This skill was originally put on his kit to help him win 1 v 1s despite his squishy nature. However, as a targeted ability, I feel that it is all too often used to mess with the opponent's CSing instead. Making this ability a skill shot, I feel, would make it harder for Teemo to mess with the opponent's CSing while still retaining its 1 v 1 outplay potential.

Second, lower the on-hit magic damage on Teemo's E from 10/20/30/40/50 + (30% AP) to 10/15/20/25/30 + (30% AP). Teemo already does enough damage between E's poison damage and the damage from Q.

Finally, remove the poison damage from Teemo's Ult. It's already a good ability that gives Teemo extra vision and kiting potential. It doesn't need to deal damage as well. "But what about Teemo's waveclear?", you may be saying. Well, to that I say, "Just get a Runaan's Hurricane like every other marksman with waveclear issues."
