What does this mean?

I'm an adc main and its distracting and hard to cs when my support is willy nilly hitting every minion making them low and plain stealing cs...and i cant even control the wave even with them hitting everything...i ask this lux support can you please stop hitting the minions and she says "Oh you're one of those (ADC's)."

what the fck does that mean am i wrong for asking them to not hit the minions cause it messes me up i understand hitting one to get a stun on someone or trade with the enemy...its whatever but dont auto attack every minion you can just because you can or trying to get some cs yourself your the fcking support you dont need shiet but sightstone and exhaust like idk if this is a thing where supports just want cs and steal cs because they rlly think they can carry xDD a lux can carry a game but fck your playing support you dont need to tell me if this a thing cause i was so confused like do supports want cs to carry or something now? "one of those" Ha!, i thought adc was supposed to have all the cs in the lane so they can actually have dmg and "carry" i mean sure if i back and your in lane still have as much cs as you want but when i come back lay the fck off xDD
