Needs to be a set mmr for people to meet and keep at/above before going to ranked at lvl 30

Why the fuck is it i can tell when my team is gonna lose or win based on champion select Skill is completely irrelevent nowadays because riot is making every champ do stupid damage by level 10 Like one mistake early or a little feed say 3 deaths decides the game and if you losing mid game you better be sure that you aren't winning late game.... Now i feel like i should just go with the meta and play jhin vayne mf cause i can play kalista and dominate botlane but hey wait all those champions have stupid dmg through all levels and if you get a brain dead support who can't zone for shiet to allow you to poke without being harrassed back and apply lane pressure you better be sure you are screwed. If you have a jg who constantly farming and won't even come to your lane to pass by it and trick the enemy to think your around or wont even gank and what not then guess what ur fcked. It's sad in low elo one person's mistakes can decide a game or really its who ever out damages the other wins essentially. I can't play champions i like because if i dont feed the enemy adc someone else will and its so fcking annoying...and like i usually end up trying to lead the team and tell them what to do because if i dont they just sit around and wait for the next teamfight which they lose because they ALWAYS FOCUS THE TANK....OTHER TIMES WE HAVE A TANK BUT THEY ARE TOO SCARED TO INTIATE AND I TELL THEM I CAN KILL THEM WHY NOT GO IN.....i have runaans and i can kite i have big dmg ITS SO SIMPLE JUST HIT THE SQUISHIE...i know you can't win everygame and i make mistakes too but when im doing right they do wrong and its like so frustrating im not blaming my team for everything but some people really need to start practicing in bots or customs or look up youtube videos before playing ranked....i barely get a good support...let alone a good team who wont feed early or know how to counter build...rn im losing more than i win....its sad.....i propose, now here me out...there needs to be a set mmr for people before they join ranked...like there needs to be a set mmr for people to meet before joining ranked because the mmr people in my games probably have does not nearly match up at all...i understand people have bad games but wtf some shiet is so easily avoidable or easily done to the point im just like why tf am i better than this midlaner tho i main adc like wtf...thats saying alot.....like with this mmr thing itll make people play serious for fck sakes and want to get better and try to climb and not do dumb shiet and make people think in games instead of playing auto pilot and doing whatever....aye its just a game i know but still its fun when you cant even carry the team because the midlaner is fed and there adc is fed due to killing our tower with big pressure and roaming mid killing people out of position constantly and the jg killed the other hella times......its so bad to the point that if the other team has op faceroll champs or just op ones in general i have no faith in my teamates to play right.....for fck sakes i played vayne one game and had 0/0/0 until mid game then the team messed up and i helped and killed 3 ppl and assisted on the other 2 and went on to get 3 more.....we couldve won...but no teamfighting terrible, no one focused the adc or squishies all just threw everything at the frontline like wtf and we ened up losing because of that....i tell ppl what are you doing and try to guide them and i go tyler1 on their ridiculous consistent mistakes and they go vrybaby mode and attack me saying im terrible and i suck...wtf ur the one who fed early ?!?!? and im trying to carry you but you are making it harder....its even funnier when we lose and they say it was my fault...they blame all their mistakes on me and the whole loss and its so sad...i didnt say it anyones fault i just told you to stop fcking dieing and suddenly your mispositioning is my fault LOL. im salty but like ur even saltier knowing the shit you do is retarded.....i think im gonna start duo queueing again because this solo bs is not happening NOT AT ALL
