Its literally the same as Thunderlords Decree in season 6.... LITERALLY EVERYONE IS BRINGING IT... INCLUDING ME ON CHAMPS THAT SHOULDNT HAVE IT!

except that's not true. I only see 0-3 out of 10 people with dark harvest. Mostly mids that can't use electrocute.
People are trying out the new rune though, it's to be expected if you sometimes see a bunch of them.
koochario1 votesI much preferred the old DH but I don't think the popularity of the new DH is too worrying just yet. It's preseason and people are trying it out. It doesn't automatically mean it's optimal for all the new champions using it.
