Brand's new W animation is dope, but has readability issues

Brand's Pillar of Flame has always been one of my favorite spells in this game. Brand's shout when he casts it, the sound effects, and just the sheer destruction of it all. It truly feels like an eruption and the new spell effect makes that dream even more of a reality. Unfortunately it has some counterplay issues since for some reason the circle when it is cast and going off is missing entirely for allies and enemies. Since the animation is also cleaned up the edges of the eruption don't quite look like they hit you but they still do simply because you don't see the AoE circle. Don't know why this was removed, but it should definitely get patched back in because the spell REALLY hurts to get hit by constantly.
