I thought only 5v5s would reward key fragments, boxes, ect but last night I kept earning key fragments from playing aram. Its never happened before and I wasn't even doing well. I guess I would just like to be enlightened on how the system works
the patch that just came out made it possible to earn key fragments in ARAM
edit: you can earn key fragments by winning matches only, the drop chances are completely random and degrade in a non lineair way, resetting the drop chance every month. performance of the in game match has no influence(you can get fragments with an S rank or C rank, this won't improve the drop rate)
Keys can be earned when winning any game, chests only when you or your premade gets an S rank (which is not possible on ARAM).
