She rarely ever gets mentioned about gameplay and she is a really good/fun champion.

Zephyr was a late-game luxury buy for Irelia. If anything phantom dancer might replace bork.
LongHair Fox1 votesYes and no. Zephyr was typically build after one or two defensive items and new phantom dancer provides more defense so it could be build earlier. But botrk is primarely used for the extra stickiness as wits end is better in almost every other regard especially price. New phantom dancer wll provede some extra stickiness but not as much as botrk.
