The state of jungle vs solo lanes

I'm wondering everyone's opinions on how strong the jungle role should be or whether you think it is a good spot. Not complaining but alot of people dont realize just how much weaker the role has gotten for better or worse with camps getting relatively strong and the experience and respawn times getting lower and higher. I have a scenario: right now If a jungler gets fed off of bot and mid, or god forbid gives them most of the gold and puts alot of pressure on the lanes (I believe this is playing the role as best you can, as you cant really gank all lanes without taxing as the jungle stands) It is nearly impossible to gank someone who has been fed top (at lower tiers if you are up against a better player, you often dont know how not to feed after giving a lead) because its so easy for them to kill the enemy laner and as you pressured elsewhere they likely just zoned your laner and free farmed making your laner useless and getting wayyyy more gold and experience (and towers) out of the lane than you could get even if you snowballed the lanes and farmed your entire jungle a fed jungle will still very often lose to a fed top because of an innate lead that wasnt technically earned. Many people dont know this but to further evidence the disadvantage, much like the support role junglers actually have to build at least the second tier jungle item for 650gold, otherwise their already insignificant exp gain is actually lower. I dont have the statistics but I double checked in practice tool and the experience you miss out on is significant (way more exp than exp runes for sure) So trying to directly build into the threat you couldnt stop on the enemy team instead of upgrading the jungle item will often just set you behind on power in the long run and the alternative of spending 950 gold on boots and a smite feels pretty bad alot of the time. The changes to catchup experience further negates a lead in the jungle as its quite easy to catch up if the other jungler is pressuring lanes rather than invading. Just my two cents from my experiences and really looking into the jungle. I'm not a salty jungle main I do mostly support and jungle, and I acknowledge the fact the jungle does still have significant power and influence. Just wanted to hear other's thoughts

I think people say jungle has been the strongest and most impactful role because everything can be blamed on the jungler. You have lag problems? Must have been the junglers fault. You were taking a sip of water and accidently misclicked and got yourself killed? Junglers fault. However, in all seriousness, the reason why junglers can be blamed for almost everything is because the jungler is supposed to be all over the map; so let me offer an example. Say your top laner was killed and you were farming raptors, and your krugs were up. If you took the krugs instead, you could've briefly interrupted your clear to assist your top laner, and prevent a potential death.

After all, it is true that the better jungler usually wins.
