Lp gain/loss based on performance
Bcs unskilled players tend to ruin your games cause they dont deserve the elo they are in (boosted, ebay accounts) there should be a system where your LP gain/loss partially depends on your performance say 100% of MMR rating-based LP gain/loss for win/lose and up to +-50% MMR rating-based LP gain per win/lose based on rating +-20% MMR rating-based LP gain/loss for Spectacular performance on LOSS/Terrible performace on WIN
4 random ppl from each team have same MMR which is absolutely stable, no previous win/lose streaks All four players are Gold III and all of their MMR is equal to their division, meaning that they gain/lose approx. 19 LP per win/lose Let's say they all played mid for the purposes that different roles gives different grade
A player in winning team went 0/15/1, participated in 0/4 dragon and 0/2 baron assists, final grade C- SHOULD gain +19 (-3) LP Total 16 LP gained B player in winning team went 2/8/5, participated in 1/4 dragon and 0/2 baron assists, final grade B+ SHOULD gain +19 (0) LP Total 19 LP gained C player in winning team went 6/4/6, participated in 2/4 dragon and 1/2 baron assists, final grade A SHOULD gain +19 (+3) LP Total 22 LP gained D player in winning team went 16/3/9, participated all 4 dragon and 2 baron assists, final grade S+ SHOULD gain +19 (+6) LP Total 25 LP gained

That would help you climb easier despite you get low players as winning and losing one game will equal to LP profit if u performed well in those games - this system would quickly sort players in their deserved elo's in no time, as if u are silver and someone boosted you to diamond, you will surely get terrible plays there, always ending in feeding and you will lose more than average deserved-diamond player who lost bcs of that silver-boosted player.
TL;DR for better performance you should lose less/win more LP and for worse performance you should lose more/win less LP
