Losing LP because game wouldn't reconnect

To be completely honest, I understand why you lose LP if it is considered a remake and you were the cause, but it certainly is frustrating when it's something that is completely out of your control. I was about to load into the game, I see the bar go to 100% and can even tell that it tried to load because it locked my mouse into the monitor my game was on, and it freezes and doesn't let me close out, use task manager, or do anything to close it and try to reconnect in a proper amount of time. I also am upset because this is the second time this has happened having not happened at all besides these two times recently, and I automatically am "ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors. Like I said I completely understand losing LP and everything so that people don't just abuse this when it's a game they didn't dodge in time, etc. but I am upset when it was literally an issue with the game freezing that was out of my control, yet I get all of the punishment for it. If there is a way to fix this let me know, otherwise I would just like to point it out in hopes that people that are having similar issues might bring some hope to it getting fixed.
