Did not receive Level 6 Mastery Token for Sett game

The game highlighted was the second S game in which the first one I played two games prior I received a token, and after this second one I did not. Would like to have this bug fixed or a quick explanation. Same gamemode, same everything just for some reason did not receive a token on the second game.
