39% Win rate on Nidalee feels bad

I don't really play her that much. But I've seen her go through so many changes over the years. It's just astounding to see her highs and her lows, as well as those moments where you just want to kill yourself cause her spear did 80% of your health and you only had 60%, but then realized you couldn't... cause you were already dead.

However. I can't help but wonder. Were her latest few nerfs really worth it? I mean I know it's been a while since then, but.. It's like. In low elo she was always generally pretty weak, even when she was good. She required tons if mechanics I think, and a good aim. Anyway, my main question and point to all this is: At what point does a character's skill requirement allow them to be more powerful? We've seen this a lot before, Like with Azir and Cass.

At the end of the day, why would you want to play a "hard" champion? Generally it's because of their outplay potential, right? When an easier champion is allowed the same degree of power, something seems wrong, at least to me.

Just because a champion is hard doesn't make them better. Nor should it be the case.

Easy champions exist so that players who'd rather focus on strategy rather than mechanical skill can have a place in the game, and still be competitive at higher elo.
