Teemo needs buff/rework

As a player with near 1 mil mastery on Teemo (across all my accounts) I totally agree with the video that this guy made. Teemo needs rework! Teemo is strong in low elo, because he utilises in punishing your opponents, but as soon as you step into a higher elo, ppl just know how to play against Teemo and no matter how good of a player you are, most of the times you end up being much less impactful then any other "good" champion. This has to stop, low elo should not dictate how strong can Teemo be, he needs a rework. Make him a valuable pick!
