mana refund item

With the new ap item changes a lot of ap was lost, but something that is more impactful is the loss of a mana refund item. It used to be on athene's and was moved to morello but now its completely gone which is a shame. could we get it added onto an item soon please? I kinda don't wanna build tear on every champ .-.

The whole point of reworking the mage items was to take that away. If you want it, you should have to give something up (in this case, if you want it, you can build tear).

If having a mana refund on every champ feels good to you, I frankly don't see the problem with building tear every game. How is that worse than building Morello every game?
