A New Rotating Gamemode Idea

I have an idea for a fun gamemode for the upcoming rotating queue. How about a game where all the passives are not Unique. Therefore are stackable XD. Imagine a with 5 . Or someone with a few . I think that there would also need to be some buffs made to the champions so that the games do take forever waiting for that 3rd , but just imagine the fun :D.
