Suggested change to Banshee's Veil's build path.
Right now Banshee's Veil builds out of Null-Magic Mantle which gives 25 magic resist, but when you upgrade the item it suddenly gives 60. And often when you have a hard matchup you don't want to finish your defensive item right away, you just sit on the component and finish something else like your mana items first.
So i was wondering if they build path could be changed so Banshee's Veil builds out of a Negatron Cloak. This would make it better to have without finishing it for a difficult match up early. And it woulden't be as big of a jump from stats for finishing considering you usually finish the item for the great passive anyways. This would change the cost to finish the item from 800 to 530 but the old banshee also had a combine cost of 530.
Just to make it clear, i don't want the items stats to be buffed, i just would like the buildpath to be a litle more convenient which could potentially be a buff.
