Aram healing reduction on allies.

Now that champions get simple changes like x% more or less damage dealt and take, And x% shielding reduction. I think its time to remove the 50% healing reduction on allies that seems like it was originally targeted at soraka, janna, nami and sona. And just put it on them specifically. It feels kinda crapy to play a champion with healing as a small part of their kit like, kayle, rakan, yumi, bard and zoe. especialy because there's nearly always someone with morello. Meaning the small amount of healing those champions do basically doesen't exsist. This counts for the summoner spell heal aswell.

I don't agree on this one. Multi-healers need to have reduced healing efficacy due to their gameplay revolving around negating damage and allowing supper aggressive play and the inability to target them if their tank/initiator is consistently in your face, refusing to die.

That being said, even opting into runes that boost healing/shielding + Aerie (and the respective items), Spirit Visage, Revolver or even champion abilities (+ items) that also regen HP, you can easily get around this map wide debuff. Keep in mind that this only reduces outgoing heals, not self-heals. This makes sure that champions can sustain themselves if it's a part of their kit but not their allies.

For example, Soraka is not OP just by existing in a game due to her instantly topping off her allies but she can circumvent this by building 3k HP and having a Warmog's. Then her HP regen and her healing is infinite as well.

Healing on ARAM isn't really worth it for any healer besides Soraka and that's only when she has 3000HP and Warmongs. What makes them OP is self healing as others can't back to heal. Simple solution, reduce ALL healing by 33% (not just ally healing by 50%). This will keep Vlad, Aatrox, Illoai and Warmong users in check (as Warmong's will heal 33% slower).

Nah Yuumi can stay off that list. Her healing is still nuts in ARAM despite the reduction.
