You can build legit full mana regen as your items but as long as you can stack you can delete the enemy team under there tower in ult where at lvl 18 he has like a 1 sec q and if your a good stacker you get like 400ish at 25 mins

Funny how people will just elo shame and use the argument of authority. You don't need to be diamond to know enemy power levels. Now to answer your thread. I think that Nasus is actually quite weak right now. Let me explain. A lot of top laners have mobility these days and a lot of it. Even wonder why they gave Nasus the w debuff?. That being said, champs like 
are better. 
can pretty much beat nasus and prevent the stacking. same goes for

has a blind.
Too strong for low elos, too weak for high elos. They couldn't find a way to fix him, so they buffed him to be a total low elos stomper. Disgusting :P
