I just tried to play a ranked game and i declared yasuo and my teammate decided it would be cool to ban yasuo and say LOL NERD YOU DESERVE IT YOU ******. So i decided to dodge since they could be looking to troll in game. I think you shouldn't be able to ban a champion that is declared.
Players should be allowed to ban whatever champion they want. And you may not want to hear this, but banning a teammates Yasuo in Bronze is likely the best ban you could possibly do.

They do it because they Want you to Dodge, so they don't have too.
No thanks, there's plenty of good reasons to ban a champ your team mate hovered. If my last pick mid wants to go Yasuo and he isn't banned, I'm banning him. Not risking the enemy team getting him.
unless your first pick they should be able to ban any champ they please.
Yeah, i never understood peoples who bans your teammate picks, like what do you expect? You either banning his best champ so his perfomance on any other champion will be slightly worse, or he will go straight up troll,because it's really annoying.Before banning your ally champion ask yourself"would i pick champion that guy who banned my champion demands me to pick?",my personal answer is no.
the only time i ban champs is went they are new/ reworked even if people have it hovered because it too new to bring into ranked and id rather not have someone play something i know they cant play.

He's actually saving your LP. Ever heard of a tale where any Yasuo in your team just feeds like hell, while enemy Yasuo gets to be fed af?
If everytime it happened people reported for it then the rules would change to make it outlawed. Riot states that they punish based on what the community doesnt want to see. That is why the automated banning system learns from people reporting and adjusts its bans based on what people report for. If 80-90% of the community told riot that banning pick intents is unacceptable then riot will adjust the rules. Every time you see just report and explain what happened. Thats what I do anyway.
