He is a smurf, he duos with his g1 friend, the winrate is vs high golds, not silvers. He wasnt even the main reason you lost and you did not out perform the enemy. The garen on your team performed slightly better than the rest though.

Silver players can duo with gold players, but doesn't stop from pulling plat players to meet the gold player elo. Riots excuse will be, the mmr was balanced ... Doubtful. Was there any silver players on other team?
