Yasuo PBE buffs

I honestly beilive that changing his Q to 4 secs isnt the right direction, it should be 5 but i feel you guys need to revert the change for his cdr back to 1.3 secs insetad of 1.8. If you played Yasuo after the nerfs to his Q then you realzie how clunky he felt after it. Im a yasuo main so i may be biased but i feel like his early game is a lot weaker and his E was significantly nerfed. You cant EQ combo twice in a minion wave anymore to chase people and have your 3rd Q which was yasuo main chasing combo. thanks for reading guys
