Following the recently ranked chat que bans, im curious as to what identifies a person for a chat ban and cant people just play AI's and get done with there matches? i feel like this could be abused by those people. and What determines if u get the season 4 rewards or not? Like if u get chat banned once does that mean its over?

You just can't play Ranked until you complete them. If you're in Gold your elo doesn't expire as well. (Nor Silver)
