Do you think with the introduction of old crit items, utility supports will come back?

I was thinking, with the new crit items and the possible comeback of adcs like Ashe, Caitlyn, perhaps Jinx, Twitch etc.. Do you think supports like Janna and Lulu that singergize really well with those will come back too like the old Ardent Censer meta where the two of them were pick or ban?
