my Skills and mastery wishlist
Hi all, I hope you all have a good day.
So I'm playing League from the end of S2 "Rengar
release Era...Scary times" till today and I got to say I'm enjoying this game so much so thank you People at Riot for working hard on this game.
Throw out playing the game I wished some skills were present in this game, some came true much to my surprise "Thresh Lantern, Zac Sling shot" but here are the skills that I think would be cool in a future champion:
1- a marksman Champion with a toggle mode for his R: have a handgun for his short range mode "500 or so" and sniper rifle "like the CheyTac Intervention" for the second mode with a longer range for the other "850+" but loses Attack Speed "Visually because of the bolt-action between every shot".
While Switching between Modes the character immobilize to setup his/her gear or pick them up, May become inadvisable in sniper mode if the champion did not shoot for some time.
Why:
A) to make an R toggle Team: Top is Jayce
, Jungle is Elise
, Mid is Niddle
, Marksman is this guy/girl/Robot/Creator, Support needs something that will not make them op (support with 6 skills...)
B) an interesting and new gameplay for the game
2- a Mastery that helps Tank Junglers

I was thinking something so deep in the defensive tree so offensive junglers can't get them, I was thinking something like:
A) a shield that activate only to big camp monster and have a CD like 5 sec or so. It will not scale to prevent been op when they go for baron or Early level Dragon.
B) a Rammas W Effect.
C) a little more damage to monsters.
3- a top lane tank Champion with a passive: the champion get's reduced damage the farther away the damage source is away).
That mean he gets full damage from Melee champions but reduced damage the farther the enemy champion is (he would receive a peanut damage from a global ult that hits him from base to base for example) and make All his kit melee range.
Why: Although I got to accept and learn how to deal with Ranged champion in the top lane, it get's tiresome to get to deal with bullying ranged champ specially when your team is losing the other lanes. it would be nice to have someone specific for these type of champions that will at less allow you to farm up for mid/late game.
it may need some balance discussion but I don't see why not, maybe someone would say the champion will be a problem in late game team fights but seen all his kit is melee and the range carries have Armor/ magic pens, HP burning item I don't see it as a problem, and melee carries still deal full damage to the champion with basically no passive to them.
4- martial artist champion with an ULT that are basically Auto Attack canceler. the idea are a little like Corki ult but in melee range and the 5th or so click is either a knock back or a stun.
Why:
a skill like this will make you feel like a true marital artist fighter. Currently in the game we have Lee sin
as the closest Martial artist in the game while he dose feel like a master of martial art his moves are more flashy martial art movement and repetition then a flashy martial art attacks. a champ that focuses on flashy attacks will so cool and satisfy fans of martial art.
