Small things that could make LoL better

I just thought we as a community could think up small changes that feel like they SHOULD be there. Nothing huge like "OMFG NERF LEESIN 2017 QQ". I'll start us off:

-Organize champions in champion select. (biggest for me)

-More bans at champion select. C'mon, there's what, 114 champions now??

-Chat during loading screen

-A few more ping options like- warded, ultimate down, (etc.)

-Click on Dragon/Baron timers to start the timer

-Toggle Sunfire Cape (and similar items).

The warded ping has been suggested a million times.

I'd like to be able to customize the UI so I could make certain things biggers and smaller independent of each other. Like make clicking on an enemy champ or baron big in the top left, while keeping the ability bar and item bar small.
