Why is it that when i climb higher i get even worse teammates?

I was got placed in bronze three at my first game I had actually organized teammates and even when I lost it was because of a mistake (which is usual in low elo) and not because there was someone that had no clue how the game works...

now I'm in silver 3 when I hit the promos I suddenly started getting a lovely list of (Crybabys, trolls, AFKers, and people that have no clue how the game works)

it's not that maybe they are having a bad game or something no their playstyle is completely wrong i sometimes question how they are out of bronze

for example:

We aced and their inhibitor is open? totally ignore that and go for baron when we could have taken the inhibitor then ended

someone is solo pushing top? fully ignore him and keep running around the jungle for no reason and camping in bushes waiting for someone to ambush...

Losing early game when you are a late game focused champion? blame the jungle and go afk instead of doing the forbidden style of playing safe

and many many more dumb decisions and childish behaviors that increase the higher I climb it's like you can't even get a chance
